Japanese Moon Festival/ Otsukimi

"Japanese Moon Festival"

Last Friday, we had celebrated the "Japanese Moon Festival" or also know as "Otsukimi". The teacher read a book related to our event. In order to celebrate the beauty of moon, we made a rice dumplings called "Tsukimi Dango".

We checked today's weather and day then we had a lesson about "Stationery" such as "Pencil", "Sharpener", "Glue" and "Scissors". The teacher taught them on how to use each things and reminded the kids to be careful and ask for their teacher's help when using scissors.

 The kids made some salad using the leaves.

Lovely Friday!

We excited go to the nearest post office from our school to send the postcards for our grandparents. We safely arrived at the post office and had a picture taking with the big "Postbox". Our Japanese told our wish for their grandparents.

The kids sent each postcards into the postbox with the help of their teachers.

We did it!

We wished our grandparents to have a good health and live longer.

We love you grandma and grandpa!

Great Thursday!

"Morning Circle"

The teacher introduced a new dance to the kids.

The song tittle was "The Brave Police Car".

Everyone got to enjoy our dance.

Next we had a lesson about "Emergency Vehicles" such as "Ambulance", "Fire Truck" and "Police Car".

We saw different kinds of flowers and insects in the park's garden.

Fine Wednesday!

"Morning Circle"

The kids sang and danced with a very high energy.

As our usual routine, we checked the month, date, day and weather.

Next, we had a lesson about "Transport's Colors" such as "Blue Car", "Red Van" and "Green Train". The kids went to the front one by one and we had a matching color game activity.

"Park"

Luckily, the weather was good!

We excitedly go to the park too enjoy the fine day.

 We found some green acorns at the park.
